Coming to Fruska Gora

-Transport of participants from the Belgrade airport to the conference site will be organized on 27th of April. Several departures will be arranged. Further questions concearning the transfer should be addressed to mice@panacomp.net.

*Note: Transport to and from the conference site will be organized on the 27th and the 30th of April, respectively. Participants arriving or leaving at any different time (or very late on 27th) will be charged extra: the price is about 60 EUR per vehicle per direction, from the Belgrade airport.

Travel Information

The airport 'Nikola Tesla' is situated 18km west of Belgrade. All major international and several low-cost airlines have regular service to Belgrade. Updated flight information is available here.

From Belgrade to Fruska gora:

Belgrade is located at the intersection of the European E-70 and E-75 highways. Foreign drivers in Serbia are required to have a national driver's license, traffic permit and an insurance policy. It is compulsory to use daytime running lights or dipped headlights during the day. More information can be found here.

National Park may be reached via Belgrade - Novi Sad road, which is followed up to Banstol hill, which is a cross-road (62 km far from Belgrade) where one turns westward and motors up along Partizanski put to reach Iriski venac (13 km from cross-road).

National Park may also be reached from Sremska Mitrovica City direction. By driving westward from Belgrade, visitor should leave Belgrade - Zagreb highway at the cross - road 52 km far from Belgrade. By turning to the right, visitor should pass city of Ruma, continue next 17 km toward small town Irig and finally reach Iriski venac after additional 6 km.

From Novi Sad to Fruska gora:

Novi Sad can be reached by car from Hungary (300 km) or from Belgrade (80 km) by using E-75. If you arrive from the direction of Zagreb or Ljubljana take E-70 highway which is some 40km south/west of Novi Sad. Novi Sad may be reached from Romania (100 km to the border) directly.

From Novi Sad, capital of Vojvodina Province, the road leads towards city of Ruma, passing through small towns Petrovaradin and Sremska Kamenica to reach Iriski venac (16 kilometers from Novi Sad), which is excursion place from where other excursion places and sightseeing spots Zmajevac, Hopovo, Popovica, Krusedol, Velika Remeta, Grgeteg can easily be reached.



Visas

If your country needs a visa to travel to Serbia, please choose an affirmative answer in the registration form. All requests from legitimate scientific establishments indicating genuine connection to the conference will be granted a letter of invitation required to obtain a visa.
